The staff is so helpful. At the end of the year there's always a few receipts missing that my bookkeeper cannot attribute the charges. I like going to Home Depot with a list of amounts and dates and in no time flat they are able to print out copies of all the receipts so I know which projects to attribute the expense to. There are no other stores that have systems that allow you to do that. It's a lifesaver. And they are so gracious about it. That's why I shop at the Home Depot

A real good helping staff at the desk. They’ll take you right to the shelf the stuff you want is at. And particularly Ashley at the frint desk is really nice and ready to help representative with a nice smile on her face always.

Good luck finding any help in this store. There is never employees around when you need help. Usually if you do find someone, they can't help, and just page someone else which you'll just stand there waiting forever. There are a few knowledgeable employees but most aren't.

The Home Depot might be the worst shopping experience in the history of retail! 17 .. 17 employees walked by me, never made eye contact, never said hello, never asked if I needed anything.. and yet I did need help... the one bundle of energy I got to look up from his phone (yes he was on FB) gave me a blank stare and grunted in the direction I should go... then when struggling to find the item I was looking for due to the horribly messy products, I got the death stare and heavy sign from 2 orange apron fellas who wanted to move something past where I dare to shop... so Here I am.. empty handed, frustrated, and left without the ability to add more power to my Xmas display ....
