I love their garden center in Spring and Summer. The flowers are so colorful and just beautiful. I've shopped throughout the store and I'm still pleased with most of my purchases. Several items in the lawn and garden area I've purchased in the past are no longer available now. Overall It's a good store.

My wife and I visited lowes on a Sunday afternoon. We needed supplies for our latest project. After entering the store my wife headed for the paint dept. for a gallon of paint. I proceeded to the lumber section. All the available lumber carts were used to store awaiting customer products. I had to go back out side and wait for a customer to finish unloading a cart before I could start my shopping. Once back in the store I had to move clutter before I could find the lumber I needed. After 30 minutes of moving merchandise to load my lumber I still had not seen my wife. I found her waiting at the paint counter waiting for assistance. The young lady behind the counter politely explained the color mixing computer was down. This lady was very polite and respectable. My wife helped me finish loading the lumber and we proceeded to check out. The young man was on his personnel cell phone making plans for his day off while checking us out. We depend on Lowes in Greenwood and my story is typical for our Greenwood store. I do not blame the workers as they are always polite. This is totally a management issue.

I was in there for an hour just for someone to come help with a question . I asked other workers to help and they would not. It was the worse and ro only have 1 person working a department is mind blowing! Didn't want to give 1 star

I do not see how this Lowe's stays in business. Rude staff, will not help you with anything. I wish there was a Home Depot in Greenwood. I am going adjust my schedule to I NEVER have to go to this store again. ACE or True Value are much better. Small businesses want your business more than Lowe's ever will.

Well, Lowe's in Greenwood has a lot of new employees lot of young fellows. They are not very helpful. You have to just about chase them down. I got a hot water heater a while back and the kids said he'd be back to help me and never showed up. I went looking down the aisles I found three of their young men employees, all of them texting on the phones. Nice. Today I bought some OSB. Couldn't load it had to just about yell at the kid he chose to ignore me finally he came over and help me. Those young fellows don't seem to know how to work nowadays
