My experiences with Lowe's are typically good. However, I often times find it difficult to find anyone that can help with anything. On multiple occasions I've waited over 30 minutes for someone to help with a specific request (finding a specific size wood, getting a grill from the back, finding fencing planks, etc.) and sometimes I vend up leaving without buying what I went there to buy. On average, prices seem to bit a bit lower than their main competitor.

Don't know what customer service is. I stop doing my huge projects with them. Simpsonville SC location is terrible in customer service. Nobody helps you because no one is available. Straight face all the time they're like a robot. I always experience this at Lowe's. They are not trained for good customer service and they don't care either.

This is the worst store I have ever. Manager's shame on you for not answering the phone a faking you can not hear me. I am a customer of Lowes for several years in California and moving to South Carolina. I need assistance and I cannot get through to anyone. No one answers the phone accept the operator after 20 rings. I will be contacting corporate and making a formal complaint. They will know who was working today. I will be going to Home Depot and canceling my credit card. you lost a loyal customer

We just left Lowe’s on Fairview Rd Simpsonville, SC. I was looking for Pool pump sand. They were sold out but the employee who was helping me deserves a shout out! David was the nice guy who helped us out. He went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for even if it wasn’t with them. That kind of help is hard to find! Thank you David!

Friday evening before a beautiful weekend. Store is crowded with customers purchasing materials for Saturday projects. There was no one in building materials to assist any of the numerous customers. Cashier stated employees were on break. No carts available for material. Customers had to fetch their own in parking lot. Are you kidding me? Poor planning on management. Took me over an hour to get my few items.
