Blackwell's Flooring Installations

Hired him after a quote. He needed money to purchase the flooring we had hired him to do. We never heard from him. We went and talk with him after 4 mo. and he told us he could fix this. Haven't heard from him since. Trying to resolve this. No good ----

He was hired to redo the whole outside of my grand parents house and the whole kitchen and laundry room. They would show up work a day or two then not come back for a while. After "work was finished" it was terrible and had many issues inside and out. They also left all trash in the yard for all material used. Never bothered to clean anything up. Run do not use these people.

He was hired to build a fence and deck for my grandmother. He asked for a $1500 deposit before he got started. They came out and worked a couple of days, then they weren't seen for a while. He then asked for another $1700 so he could "pay his guys". Unfortunately my grandmother gave it to him. He immediately went on vacation without telling anyone. We tried and tried to get in touch with him. When he finally answered the phone we found out he was on vacation and he said he assumed the guys were coming out to work. After that we couldn't get in touch with him. He ignores any and every attempt at contacting him. NEVER HIRE BLACKWELL'S FLOORING!!!!!

My experience with this company was horrible! It doesn't deserve any stars. Brian didn't wanna work around my work schedule, he gave me the run around, & stop answering my phone calls. He would only communicate w/me thru text. I lost complete trust in him. My manager recommended me to him & thought he wouldn't screw me over but he did! My manager even tried working w/my work schedule to give me days off together so he could finish remodeling my bathroom. He didn't show up & always came up w/excuses on why he couldn't come to work on it. I had even reschedule my kids dr appts to be home for him to work on it. He only work on my bathroom for a total of 3 days in a month! He finally texted me back when I ask for my money back. Then he text me back & told me he wasn't coming back until I can give him 3 days in a row to work on my back & then he will be back. When I tried he didn't show up, he wouldn't work on the weekends, & always had excuses! I almost used a vacation day for him to work on my bathroom, but when he didn't show up I went to work any way. Brian wanted to work in my house while I wasn't home & I didn't trust that either. He told me he don't like for the guys to work on the weekends because he would have to pay them overtime. I mean really when you running your business you are suppose to cater to your customers' needs & work around their schedule if you wanna keep their business. Brian was trynna be demanding like I was working for him & not the other way around. I wouldn't recommend Brian or his company to anybody! My manager is very sorry to. He just can't be trusted! First of all you told me you would squeeze me in to remodel my bathroom. My manager wasn't going to change my schedule knowing that you would be a no call no show. When its business related you are suppose to pick up your phone when your customers call so they can know what's going on so they can work out their schedules before the new one goes up. My manager wasn't going to let me risk taking days off for nothing & I couldn't replace them. Learn to pick up your DAMN phone! All of this could of being avoided if you could have pick up your phone & said you wouldn't be able to fit my project around my time schedule.
