This location seems to lack enough employees on the floor to assist with customer needs. On this trip I was wanting to get two keys cut. I waited around for awhile for someone to come to the Hardware section. No one ever responded to the overhead page for assistance. I was able to get the keys cut using the self service key cutter. It did a great job cutting the keys. Three stars go to the self service key cutter.

Once again I brave the garden dept to get peat moss. "No one" at this store can see how difficult it is to get in and out thru two check out counters and into the garden area." NO ONE" has a key to open a gate to let paying customers pull their truck up to get to there purchased items more easily. I am done with them. For the past two days I have gone out to Lowe's and end up spending way more time and effort to purchase landscaping supplies from them. Can't they make it easier for customer get their stuff. I mean most of us (who want to get back to work ) do come in and load our own stuff. Well, there is a Home Depot just down the road.

I was there about 7pm looking for lumber for a deck and material for a chain link fence. The only guy in lumber was helping a couple so I wandered looking for another associate. None to be found, I waited for for help. The couple asked a question about delivery he couldn't answer and walked off saying he would ask a manager. After 10 minutes the couple had him paged from the pro desk and received a response of delivery is $59. I asked when he was coming back while she was still on the phone with him and he wanted to know what I wanted. I stated some help would be nice. Another older gentlemen walked up and asked for help loading plywood and was told the associate would be right up. After 5 minutes I help him load the plywood and walked out. I see the associate walking across the parking lot to his car. I guess his shift was over. Easley Lowes lost $2000-$3000, possibly more, from me tonight plus whatever business I may have in the future. Peanuts for them but a lot of money to me.

This store in easley has a serious management problem. Obviously the management has no control. After every time I went there experiencing difficulties. But this time, they topped it. We had to wait 7 days for an online order. We received the e- mail this morning and today at 7:30 I went to pick it up. It took the girl at the counter 15 minutes to figure out, it's not up front, where it should be. Another 30 minutes phone calls to the back and suddenly a younger employee came up with a old, former returned item, dirty and the silicone from the previous buyer hanging on it, without cardboard and told me a story that our item came damaged and broken and they can give me the returned item 15%off. He can also reorder our item or check, if someone else has it. In this very moment a lady came up with a box on a buggy asking if I'm the one for this item. She just found it in receiving. Woah- and the reaction of the manager? Oh, he didn't have all the details- man, that guy was 45 minutes busy with finding my stuff and then came up and lied straight in my face! It's very hard for me to buy anything else there. This store needs a capable manager fast. Before it falls completely apart. Side note: while I was waiting, I went to look at chain saws. It's a disgrace for every store, what I've seen. Broken displays, partly dangling from the bracket on security cable, laying broken on the floor, dirty an dusty, that I didn't even wanted to touch them. I looked around and be honest, the whole isle looked like it was ransacked. Was not interested in more and went back to the desk. Waiting.... Zero stars from me
