Everyone here was very helpful and patient last night. There were about 20 people still in the store when they were closing. Everyone working seemed to be in a great mood and kept positive attitudes. They also pointed me in the right direction when i couldn't find something.

Many aasociates just standing around, including managers. Had to advise an ASM of linea in PRO and Front end. Custoners in lines everywhere with no help.. Customers loading their own lumber. Sad.

This is one of the better Lowe's I've been in. I was looking for a specialty power tool that they were supposed to have but I couldn't find any where they were supposed to be, the lady at the Tool World search for me until she found one.

I usually love going to Lowe's but this place must be the worst Lowe's in the world. First we were helped by this really nice and helpful employee, called another Lowe's to see if they had what we wanted but it was the end of his shift before we could get an answer. So he informs his replacement we are waiting for a call back, she promptly disappears never to be found again, don't know if we ever got a call back because we could not find her anymore and finally left after 30 minutes to buy our major appliance somewhere else. And that was not the first or even second time we encountered incompetent employees at this Lowe's. Maybe Best Buy or Home Depot have better customer service, it couldn't be worse...

I was at the hwy 6 location this past Sunday in Lexington, SC. I was unaware that it was so close to closing at 8pm so when I walked in and went straight to the Paint Center and was greeted by a young man with a major attitude. He was extremely annoyed and was making faces to his coworkers who were behind me. When I got on my phone to see if there was a way I could look up the aisle that I needed to go to next because I did not want to ask anyone where I could find the particular piece I was looking for, I noticed that the store was closing. I then apologize to the young man and told him that I was unaware that they were about to close. I was met with yep and more attitude. I have been in the restaurant industry for over 20 years and if I had ever acted like that to anyone I would have been fired immediately. Needless to say I will not be back to that location.
