The sales people were not helpful. They were talking with other employees and too busy to provide assistance. I left and went to Home Depot and had a great shopping experience. There is an employee in the Garden center at Lowe's that is rude most of the time. The checkout people in the Garden city are not friendly. Poor employees. Will not be shopping there!

Edited 3/24/2018 I like the new online order dedicated parking spots and pickup station, no more waiting in lines at the customer help/return's desk... Original review years ago.. Clean and well stocked store. The majority of employees that I have dealt with are friendly and helpful, and I would like to give mad props to Ginny who helped me with an online order issue that I had..A++

I came to Lowe's today to get a large clamp for a project I am building. I had gone to a competitor who was out of the size that I needed. I had bought a smaller clamp and when I compared it to a like clamp sold by Lowe's, I found the Lowe's version to be better. The customer service representatives at Lowe's actually earn that title by being very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of their merchandise. I wish all businesses had people working the isles as helpful as Lowe's.

Not too happy with the service at all everyone on the floor was great but when I went to the register after shopping an hour and having at least over $500 worth of items there were only two lanes open on a Saturday afternoon. As I waited one of the lanes was closed I guess she was going on break the lady that was relieving her turned off her light and tried not to see me. So I went to go find another check out the only one available was in Garden but they were extremely busy as I went back the lady who turned off the light was then checking out people. I did not purchase my items and I left
