I am a 59 yr old woman, maybe 105 lbs. No one helped me in the garden center. I had to get the ladder to pull down 20 blocks from the 2nd shelf. Moved over to get 3 bags of drainage rock, and lastly 5 bags of cedar mulch while 2 male employees watched me. The fun begins pulling the cart to the front.... While everyone one watched, employees and customers. I was on my toes trying to pull it. I got it to the front by the check out and went inside to catch my breath and cool off. Sweat dripping off me, makeup running including black eyes now. Asked for the Manager. I told him all of this and he ask oh I will get someone to help load it in your car. Not sorry about the employees... NOTHING!

Moving down to 2 stars. Not sure what has happened, but for last year + staff seems unfriendly and will only grudgingly help. Also, self served is closed more often than not and there are always long lines in regular check out. Same with customer support (which you have to go to for pick up, expect 20 minute delay). I started going to Woodleys for most my garden needs; lower price and they are very helpful.

I have shopped at this store since it opened. Easily spent over 80K on 3 houses. My last big purchase was an entire kitchen 30K. This may be nothing to them, but a very big deal to me. Process started last May, it will be October soon, still not finished. Once the purchase is rung up, close to impossible to get any results from the store. My project was farmed out to Stone Interiors (Duane Naquin). Charged me 500.00 for a permit, still can't produce a copy. This place is a joke, the workers are nice, but glorified handy men. Listened to their supervisor lie to another customer on the phone while standing in my kitchen. The only reason I gave them 1 star, only way I could post comments.

I went shopping for a deep freezer for my place, I needed it to be as small as possible bc I live in a mother-in-laws suite and the lady who helped me was awesome!! She measured for me and it worked out perfectly ... I ❤ Lowe's ...

If you need help with anything staff is able to be found unlike some of the stores. Very helpful.
