Caroline was great in helping me find a product online that was in store, she went above and beyond! Paulette was great too in helping to assist with the re key of my door knobs!! Thanks again!!

Don't bother wasting your time in their flooring department. They took my deposit, but never showed up. Then, when I tried to have them reschedule, they were less than helpful. Poor customer service.

Looks like the Home Depot theory must be, "If you don't sell your customers replacement hoses for the hand held showers that you sell, they will buy a complete new set." I opted to go to Burdett's hardware store In Simpsonville instead. No problem, they had a perfectly matched hose for the Moen shower head.

Was going to Home Depot to get mulch that was in store flyer Scott’s 5 for $10.00 called Simpsonville store to make sure they had them and was informed they had changed it to 4 for 10. I told them I had gotten an email and the price said it was good till April 15. Clerk spoke to manager and said that the price I had stopped on April 12 th. So they lost that business I went to Lowe’s and bought there. Lowe’s got $300.00 that I spent.
