My second visit to this Lowe's. I was blown away, by one gentle man who helped me in choosing a lawnmower. Troy Built. Personally, I do enjoy the Troy Built Mowers. The help I received from the staff was OUTSTANDING IN EVERY SENSE OF THE WORD.

Worked 12 hour night shift and wife wanted me to look at some things for the house and my honey do list. I personally love this store and the staff are almost always helpful and I really appreciated there input and helpful advice. I would have rated them a five star but I hold back from five stars because I always felt those were shallow reviewers and I wanted everyone to know that this store deserves an honest vote.

The only reason I'm giving it a 2 is because of customer service the staff will not even willing to answer your basic question or seek information ...products are always plentiful and the store is well stock.. if you are looking for basic customer service and info this location is not it

I went to this location to find a grill...well I needed help and I guess the person that worked in that department was busy face timing his girlfriend to help. I went and asked another worker that was nearby he quickly told me he doesn’t work in that department. I just decided to leave. Definitely need better customer service skills and better workers.
