Very good customer service if you can find someone. I bought a washer/dryer two weeks ago. The sales rep was nice and very helpful. The same washer/dryer is now on sale for 100 less than I paid. I bought in the receipt and Customer Service refunded the difference without hesitation. Yes!!

Very helpful and knowledgeable, if you are looking for something someone will come to direct you. I enjoy my experience each time, when a sales person remembers, you and the sale.,

As a local property manager of over 50 properties, I am in and out of Lowes all the time making tons of purchases and some inevitable returns. The customer service at the return desk is less than fair. They are skilled at passing the buck. In the past 4 months, I have spent $30,000 at Lowes and I am suddenly "black listed" from making returns without a receipt even though I use my My Lowes card to track all my purchases and maintain online receipts. Now, for no apparent reason and no notification, I can't make returns without my paper receipt or even get a store credit. Note to you Loews: Amazon is faster, has more variety, is often cheaper and I don't have to deal with your untrained, poor attitude, store clerks. Treat your customers like customers before you become the next big box tragedy.

Love visiting this clean, well stocked and friendly store. I always get all my spring supplies from this store. They also have the best deals on clearance plants.
