There was something wrong with the bar code reader on an item and the cashier worked tirelessly to try to get someone on the phone to give her a special assist so she could finish checking me out. Long process but she was persistent. She opened another line and checked folks out while she was waiting. Excellent cashier in garden section. Help for her could have been More available.

It was great. I was looking for some washing machine holes, but didn't have the right amount of money on me. But will go back for them

If you need help in an aisle that doesn't have an employee station next to it (plumbing, drywall, name an aisle...) then good luck if you need help. Even if you do find someone, if it's not the 5 people who keep this store afloat then you'll get someone who is nothing more than a person wearing a red vest claiming to be "knowledgeable". I would not recommend the installation services here. Just don't do it. 2 attempts (a fence and tile bathroom) and two frustrating experiences from the very first minute. Delays with contacting me about the fence and then the employee put in my tile flooring but not the tile shower. So I got a call and the company said they don't do showers.... Super helpful. Went back last night to rectify (you can't order installation services over the phone is what I was told) to find out from the trainee who was left alone that the people who could help me don't come in until tomorrow or Wednesday. I'm done.

More often than not, they do have great customer service, but on yesterday i went in around 9;15 i think , i needed 10 bags of items from the garden center. well it was chain off. not open yet, but i load up my cart, when i got to where the register was, there was an employee there she looked at me ,as if to say keep going , i roll those items to the front register in that buggy. paid and went to my car put them in , when i drove by the door the garden center gate was all open up. just as i figure it would be.

I'm not to sure of the guy's name who helped me last night, Jason, Josh, Justin one of those names. Smh He was very helpful and patient in explaining how to build a chicken coop with the correct wood. The cashiers in the wood department was on point also. Those employees are why I will go back to Lowe's.
