Roman has done MANY projects in our home, and our family and friends homes over the past 10 years. We are always extremely happy with the outcome, and the pricing. I also value his expertise in style when choosing flooring and tiles, and even on other projects around our home. His company has skilled workers who have been very respectful to us and our home over the years. We’ve done tile, carpet, tile that looks like wood, back splash, and fireplace remodel with them and have always been happy with the results, the timing, and the price.

I wish there was a 0 rating. Alex took all of my deposit money and did not deliver ANYTHING for that money. Roman tried to protect him and denied any responsibility. Stay away! They are scammers.

Would recommend. Alex made the entire process very easy. He helped us find the selection that was right for us and answered any questions we had.

Flooring City did a great job on our floor. We had over 1200 square feet that we had the wood look tile installed. We also had about a third of the area that needed the old tile taken out. The guys did a great job. We also were replacing some cabinets and Roman from Flooring City stuck to his word about coming out again to fill in the area after I removed the cabinets....at no extra charge.

I bought 13 boxes of laminate floors to replace carpets in two rooms. I searched heavily to find cheapest price before visiting here. After I got the number by searching, I visited ALL floor stores in the silverlake area. To be honest, none of owners did welcome me since I was going to order only 13 boxes and I did not want to use their contractors for installation. Only Roman at the Floor City honored the price that I searched up/box and he was also honest that i do not need that many boxes for my space. While I was installing laminate floor by myself, I realized that my measurement was wrong so I needed only one more box. I did same thing that I did for the first time research. Still I got great price from only Roman. Today, I picked up the box from his store. What a surprise! He offered me the box FREE!!! His brother also welcomed me today and was very nice. I highly recommend this store for those of you who would like to purchase floor only or install floor. He will definitely give you honest quote and options for you. Thank you, Roman!
