Chose a dark brown carpet to install at my property weeks in advance, then received a phone call from Magic Carpet and Flooring, an hour before they were supposed to install it, that the only carpet they had in stock was a silver carpet. Of course, arrangements were already made, tennat had moved furniture and was ready for the carpet to be installed, so I couldn’t reschedule it. I am now stuck with a dark ugly silver carpet, plus when I called to talk about the issues, Garry, told me that he lost money by installing the carpet that I didn’t want and that he was willing to just rip my carpet out without offering a solution. Highly disappointed.

Carpet and installation were fine, but they installed wood transitions that totally do not match the existing wood laminent. Gary said he woyld fix it, but has never called back. Very poor customer service. Gary called back and corrected the issue. Nice recovery!!! Good work at a very good price, and good customer service as well. Thank you both....Gary and Gary.

He came to our home measured the floor. My husband asked was his laser tool accurate. The installers show up and immediately started measuring it and said they were 2 feet short. So they could not cover the entire floor. I called Gary myself and it was jeckle and Hyde. He was rude and told me he didn't want to business with me and tell his installers to leave. BEWARE... poor customer service even when the company is at fault.

Gary has a ton of work for myself and all my friends I have recommended him to. Everything has been above the quality that you see from the majority of contractors. He is a man of his word and comes through even in the shortest of time frames.

They are horrible. They did my floors 3 months ago and everything lifting and they had to come in twice to fix it. The owner Gray is so rude and didn't even give me my money back or offer a different type of floor to fix the problem. I paid him $850 and it was a waste of money. Please don't use this company he will be nice at first then rude if you ask questions. Now after 3 months I'm getting a new floor again. What a waste of money.
