I been shopping here for 15 years because of the location. It use to be a pretty good place to shop but not so much anymore. The more I go there the more I find items not in stock or packages that have been opened and placed back on the shelf that are missing pieces and parts. Other than lumber section it is almost impossible to find someone to help you much less who even cares. Associates walk past you like your not there rather than ask if you need help. The paint section is pretty good I must say. The customer service section while helpful appears to me to be unfriendly. In the millwright section and in particular doors the associates there are so busy on the computers I don't think they realize customers are in the aisles trying to find what they need. I make these comments based on shopping there for a long time. I don't blame the associates I blame management. Management runs the show and directs the associates. I go there because it's convenient and I don't like home depot. But that orange sign a quarter mile down the road is looking very attractive.

I paid for doors to be installed. I waited for a month for my doors. Installer called day of instillation and said he was on his way. I waited and waited and waited. No doors no installer. I called, no answer. I called again , no answer. I called his I guess supervisor and I was told my doors were damaged. No one called and said nothing. I called Lowes and spoke to some one in the mills department and I asked why no one called and I admit I was frustrated. I did not use any inappropriate language and she hung up on me. I called back and some one else hung up on me. I called back and stated I need a manager and I want my money back. I got my money back. But, just lousy customer service. I just did not want to wait another month for two doors. Everyone I spoke to seemed confused.

Clay in the appliances department was phenomenal. My wife and I were very pleased about the deal we got along with our military discounting and Lowe's credit card ... If you need great service In appliances Clay is your man. Thanks Lowe's and Clay

Be careful when ordering appliances online through Lowe's! They will break your order and have them serviced from different stores. It just happened to me and all of my appliances except a microwave were delivered. A month later from my order, I get an email that the microwave that I ordered for delivery needs to be picked up from the store. I call the store and there is no apology or offer to make it right, but they say that I can pay extra money for delivery. Terrible customer service and I would recommend that you buy your appliances from somewhere else.
