I just had Carpet hut replace more flooring in my home. They installed vinyl planks and it looks fantastic. Carpet Hut has now replace all up my down stairs flooring. I would recommend them to anyone (9/8/17). I have known about Carpet Hut for years. We decided to replace our flooring downstairs from the front door to the back of the kitchen. The installers were very good and made smart recommendations regarding the quarter round replacement. The floor is great and looks even better. The only way it could have been better is if it was FREE.

By far the BEST flooring store in Hampton Roads. They have their own installers who take their time doing a terrific job, quality installation & they stand behind their work....both product and installation unlike sub-contractors who get paid by the job and never come back after they get paid! I definitely recommend Carpet Hut to EVERYONE!!!! ABSOLUTELY THE BEST PRICES, BEST PRODUCTS AND THE BEST STAFF I HAVE EVER had the pleasure of knowing and having their services installed in my own home, my Nanny's home and my Mom & Dad's home! I give them 100,000 STARS :)

You get what you paid for. Carpet seems fine enough and the managers are knowledge and honest. The actually carpet installers were the unfortunate experience. They were not prepared with a broom nor a vacuum (I am not completely moved in), they took a break and left my front door and storm door wide open, no introduction was made so one member ask me a question through the door while I was using the bathroom, I have scrapes on my freshly painted walls, quite unfortunate.

I have used Carpet Hut for all flooring needs for the past 40 years and would never consider anyone one else. The family owned business has a huge inventory of all flooring needs and utilizes their own installers who are extremely knowledgeable and professional people. Could not be more satisfied with the just completed flooring job. BRAVO ZULU !
