Lowe's @ Whiteoak Village is the best. The employees are always so helpful. If they sold groceries that would be the only store I would go to. I love Lowe's.

Great help to find a replacement tire for my wheelbarrow! Two associates led me right to the aisle and shelf. Saved money too as a retired military member.

When I called on the phone I was on hold for about a half hour trying to wait for outdoor power equipment to answer the phone then I guess the automated system transferred me to customer service where I talked to a sweet young girl by the name of Tracy and she got everything straight for me but when I actually visited Lowe's everybody was nice and everybody was helpful

Came to the store to do a mystery shop on behalf of the company. My job was to go into the applying to section and ask which stoves they would recommend for me to replace my oven with. I went to the department and no one was there and had it man. So I went to the nearest Department where a young lady who was very helpful buzzed over the intercom that someone needed help in appliances. After 10 minutes a man finally showed up but helped the gentleman in front of me before he helped me. Another associate for the appliances Department came up and I believe that was about to be helped but instead they helped the couple that had got there 15 minutes after me. I was disappointed upset and felt very neglected by Lowes. I left and will probably never shop at the store again

Employee in the hardware department was really helpful, finding me the correct sized screws for my project. Busy and congested trying to get through the store.
