If you could get the workers attention service is outstanding. Seems to me females get quicker attention even though they may know the subject matter workers seem to think men should know about plumbing parts so to get expert help I have my wife ask the question.

There was a sale for a generator for $430 on 8/8/18 at 6pm. I checked the website while in the store to verify and the website stated the sale was valid through December. Went in on 8/9/18 at 10am to get the generator and the sale was over because Hurricane Florence was upgraded and projected to hit VA. The same generator was now $799. All the customer service reps were really nice but overruled by the manager that could not help. They said there was a pricing mistake the night prior and had nothing to do with the storm. Now I had to buy the $430 generator for $799 and Barry got an apology from the manager. Price hiking for a natural disaster is a bad business practice.
