DO NOT trust this business to deliver anything. Tried to have a refrigerator delivered. Day 1 it arrives with 4 dents and 2 holes in it so they have to take it back. Talked to customer service who tried to get a manager but only succeeded in hanging up on me 3x. When I finally did get a manager they tried to push off delivery for 2 more days. Then store manager promised it would be here today. WRONG. So now it will be 2-4 more days before I can get my refrigerator. I generally love LOWES for their products and prices but the management staff at this store could give the 3 stooges a run for their money... Since money seems to be the only thing they are willing to chase. Heaven knows customer service is not a core value here. So buy in the store only and don't trust management to do anything other than collect your money.

This time I had a great experience. Friendly salesmen helped with getting the right John Deere riding mower. Delivery was quick but the mower was not in a new condition. Went back to Lowe's and spoke with Chris who, much to my surprise, took the issue seriously and worked to regain my satisfaction with the purchase. I have had a previous bad experience with the plumbing department at Lowe's but this time I am happy that I went back to Lowes. Kudos to Chris and others at the customer service desk who handled my concerns with respect.

It was the worst experience that I have ever had at Lowe's. Usually all of the staff is pleasant and helpful, but when I asked the cashier if there were no lumber carts available, her reply to me was, "if you don't see any, they aren't there and you can go out in the parking lot and get one." I called and spoke to the manager on duty, Justin and told him about her attitude. It is never my goal to get anyone in trouble, but I see and receive this attitude more and more recently. I don't think that some people truly appreciate having a job. Again, I want to re-iterate that I usually find most employees at Lowe's to be pleasant, courtious and helpful. Thanks. Billy Curry

I have been dealing with Lowes for a long time. But over that last 2 months I have worked to get carpet,flooring,and counter tops into my home. It has been a train wreak! The flooring guy I dealt with wasn't very helpful. the counter tops are not getting here till 8PM!! I have been waiting all day for my counter top only to find out they wont be here till a couple of hours before bed time! Lowes has lost their customer service skills. I wont be shopping there any more.

Always a good experience here. I feel like willingly helpful associates are more readily available in Ruckersville, but if Im ever lost and ask, the guys here have no problems helping out.
