I had a beautiful planter made for me for a friend who just lost her father. Your plant specialist, Amy green, created the most beautiful two tiered planter I may never have seen. She is a true artist and my friend should be quite uplifted when she returns from burying her dad to find what Amy created for her. You should value such a dedicated and creative employee. I know I will always come back to her for anything special that I need in the way of plants or flowers.

Best Lowes in this area if you live North of the rappahhock. Much less busy and easier in and out

Lowes is well organized and stores are consistent on their layout so you are never wandering around blindly looking for an item. Personnel are always willing to help.

Purchases a grill and went outside to pick it up. Despite seeing the most employees I have ever seen here, no help came. I asked 3 times before employees started coming. 4 different employees asked me the same questions and each then assured me "I'll have it right out." 1 hour later the grill arrived. No manager interface, apology......nothing.
