Will never order and have home delivery with this store again! First, they are supposed to call 30 minutes prior so you know delivery is on the way and can tell them where to put delivery. NEVER HAPPENED! First notice I had delivery was going on was when received automated call to ask me if I was satisfied with delivery. WHAT?? I look outside and see a driver getting into truck. I run out and stop him. Asked why he didn't knock on door to let me know he was there? "We don't do that!" I then said this isn't where I wanted the delivery, in front of my garage door. "Where do you want it?" driver asked. I said that I wanted it in back if possible. "I don't do that" was his reply. I then told him to take the delivery back then. His reply, "It's been delivered, call Lowe's"! Are you kidding me? If this is an example of how this store treats delivery customers, I would warn you from using them.

I am tempted to give one star but I won't because other times I have come here it's been fine but it's hard not to be frustrated when you just need three pieces of lumber for a project and the entire stack is covered in mold and algae, thus the project you had planned for the weekend has to be delayed to another rare weekend I have time to do this

I’m currently renovating a bathroom and have gone to this Lowe’s A couple of times. I have been lucky enough to be helped twice Buy a gentleman named Sed. I was completely blown away by his knowledge customer service. Extremely friendly and personable, Lowes is lucky to have him.

Wouldn’t waste my breath on their employees. They don’t put prices right where you can see them. We’ve been to plenty of Lowe’s and have never had to sign up in order to use our military discount threw them.
