What an unprofessional place. I made the terrible decision of buying flooring for my entire house. After i got suckered into buying the flooring by Gregory, even after letting him make me tell the cashier I’m getting a suspended order so he can get his cut...... i brought all of pallet full of flooring 5 stories up, just to realize it was the wrong stuff, which happens, no big deal, bad part is that when you come back to return it all, NOT because it was my fault.... because it was you guys fault.... I’m already 5+ hours into this very tired.... all anyone at this exact moment would ask for is for someone to be helpful, instead, floor and decor and it’s emplo go out of their way to make your life even harder like you haven’t had enough.... what a business you guys are running.... it’s sad. Put yourself in the customers shoes instead of getting me the right stuff and getting me out of the door happy you guys lost another customer. There are MANY other flooring companies out there.... thanks for a whole waste of a day

I've set tile professionally as a young man. I follow tile setters on Instagram. I do my own tile work... I'd never been to this store before. When I came in to buy wood flooring I was jaw dropped. I spent an hour looking at tile products. This store has everything and at great prices. I was approached several times by friendly staff asking if I needed help finding anything or had any questions. When I finally made it to the wood floor department I was helped out by Chuck Davis. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I'm installing over 3000 square feet of flooring and didn't want to make a bad decision. He understood my trepidation on such a major purchase, was very patient and answered all my questions (sometimes repeatedly) I took up a lot of his time. I was so appreciative that on the way out I asked to speak to the store manager to let him know how much I appreciated Mr. Davis.... It turned out that Chuck Davis is the store manager.... Clearly he understands customer service and is an incredible role model for his employees.

They never answer the phone and when they do, they put you on hold for like an hour, so you just give up and hang up. Too bad I was going to order 500sqft of ceramic tiles which I ended up ordering at Lowes. I don't know what kind of business you are running, but definitely need a change.

We recently bought hardwood floor planks from the Woodbridge branch of Floor & Décor. I absolutely love the product we chose and my room is beautiful. Very nice quality and huge selection for us to choose from. During the installation process my son asked me to go back and get additional supplies (quarter rounds and transitional pieces). I confidently went back to the store and quickly realized I had no idea what to look for or get. Gregory walked by me and asked if he could help me with anything. THANK GOODNESS for Gregory. I felt like my knight in shining armor arrived. I showed him my notes of what I needed and the sample of the flooring my son sent me there with and he didn't just point me in the right direction, he pulled all the projects for me, bound them up to make it easier to carry/transport and entered my whole order into the computer so I could just walk up to the check out lane and give them my name and pay. Please let Gregory know how much I appreciate his assistance.
