We had the floors re-done on our third and second level. Within a week of ordering our carpet and hardwood, Chad sent our a crew to start work. The second and third levels only took a day each, and the results were great. I am happy with the price as well, it was exactly what I expected. If I ever decide to do the first level of my home, I will give them a call.

Chad did our floors and we were extremely happy with him and his company. He took the time to make sure we got exactly what we wanted at a price that fit our budget. His installers were professional and cleaned up very well when they finished. We had hardwoods run throughout the house and carpet in 3 bedrooms installed. They also ran all new base boards in all the rooms and down the stairs. It turned out amazing. From start to finish it was a professional process with very little stress on our end. I can't say enough good things about Chad and Total Flooring. See for yourself.

Chad recently helped me with Bamboo flooring for my home, and I cannot say how pleased I am with this work. I wanted a true pro to do this Green Flooring related project, so I initially went with Total Flooring, because Chad was the only person in the area I could find that was actually an Accredited LEED Green Associate. Oh, and my girlfriend loves the new Bamboo Flooring almost as much as I do. Thanks Chad!

I recently had Chad and Total Flooring install carpeting in 3 upstairs bedrooms and hardwood on the main level of my home. From the beginning until the end, everything went seamlessly. I was very nervous about a few loose pieces of plywood in my sub flooring, Chad assured me that it wasn't a problem, and that they run into that a lot. When the old carpeting was pulled up, they screwed down the plywood and the squeaks are gone. We went with the Smartstrand carpeting and Mullican 5” wood and it looks, feels, incredible! Everything that Chad promised was delivered. Alex, his hardwood installer was on time, fast, and did an incredible job! We have open steps and they look great with the new wood! I couldn't be happier and will definitely recommend Total Flooring to my friends and family!
