First my wife and I had terrible experience from one of the associates; who completely under estimated us as well as ignored us in the store. The issue was brought to the notice of Store Manager Craig and he personally went 'above and beyond' at the spot and took care of us very professionally to our satisfaction. It's unfair if I do not mention Shana, JJ and Sandra. All these associates were involved and they gave us excellent service to keep us as Lowe's valuable customers. Again thanks to Craig, Shana, JJ and Sandra.

this place is full of rude nasty employees that look.down when they see customers to avoid working and managers dont do anything. this man named Bob at bathroom section looked at me like j was bothering him when i asked a question and does not have basic maners or education to greet cuatomer. will stop spending my money there

Normally I'm a huge fan of Lowe's. Today however we had a terrible experience customer service-wise. We placed an online order for a shed and a piece of lumber. We got the notification that it was ready for puck up and showed up to pick up our order about an hour afterwards. We got there and hadto wait in line for about 20 minutes, only to find that our order had not been put together in one place but we had to go around the store and pick it up ourselves. The whole prices took over an hour. It probably would've been much quicker just to purchase in store.

This is the best Big Box store with a garden center. I've never been disappointed with the her customer service nor have I ever been disappointed with the quality of their products.

Had a ok selection. Wanted cedar but didn't have it. Also help was pretty spread out. otherwise good store
