I visited this Lowe's yesterday while passing through the area. I was on the hunt for a hydrangea plant, so I visited the out door garden center. They didn't have what I was looking for, but while checking out some other plants a friendly young man was very knowledgeable about the plants. He was even able to give me specific instructions on how care for the plant. This was the best experience I've had in a garden center in a long time.

Employees don't seem to be too interested in assisting even though there were very few customers due to inclement weather. Somewhat rude as well. Also I went to purchase four plants that were clearly marked with 2 large red signs at 4 for $10. When I went inside store to check out , they rang up as $26.92. The young man asked for assistance and another employee called the garden center and was told the plants were marked correctly at $6.48 each. I went back to the garden center and the women that the checkout person spoke to insisted they were not marked 4 for $10. So we all went over to the plants and she apologized to me and said she would go inside with me to register. On way in she saw smaller containers of same plants and said oh these must be the ones. She removed the red signs and would not honor the 4 for $10 on the plants I had in my cart. I put the plants back and left. A wasted hour on a lousy day. Pretty certain I won't be returning.

Delivery scheduled between 12 an 2pm. Excuse truck broke down. Get call from delivery guys 7:30pm. An hour away show up 8:30pm. I asked to come tomorrow before noon. Get call from their company saying coming tomorrow between 5:30 an 7:30pm. Call company 2xs asking them come before noon. Get hung up on. Said coming again same late hours. Never again.
