I've been frequenting this Lowe's for years and always had great experiences. Just picked up a PERFECTLY good gas range on clearance, open box for $300.00 New would've been $900.00!!! Gotta be quick for those deals!

Went into this store a couple of weeks ago looking for a spark plug socket wrench. The attendant that I asked was very helpful. It seemed that she was already preoccupied with her daily duties, however, she stop what she was doing to assist me. Based off the information I gave her (which wasn't much), she was able to narrow down the search for the exact item I was looking for. She really went above and beyond to find the right socket. She even asked another customer who appeared tool savvy and he was very helpful as well. Great customer service is rare these days. I am soo grateful that I was the recipient of someone who really cared. Will definitely give them my business in the future.

Fantastic customer service in both the storm door and mailbox areas. Thanks to Laura and Bill.

It's your typical warehouse store, cavernous. However, the associates are typically friendly and as helpful as they can be.

Ordered a chest freezer that was to be ready to pick up in store on the 15th of December. Got an email on the 14th saying it was in. Got a call from the store on the 15th saying it was in. Went in to pick it up on the 16th and waited 45 minutes while they looked for the freezer in "the back." I left because I had other things to do, they said they would call when they found it. The next day I got a call saying it was ready for pick up. Came in and again nobody could find it in the back. Got my money back no problem, ladies at service desk work quickly, they are the only reason this is not 1 star.
