The store is well maintained, and help is readily available. Traffic is the only reason I don't go to this location more. The staff is aways very nice and most are extremely knowledgeable, every once and a while you find one who is rather frayed. Otherwise, this is my favorite Lowe's. I highly recommend.

We built a brand new home and used Lowe’s for custom blinds and garage door install because Lowe’s in Sterling took care of our previous house and did a fabulous job. This Lowe’s blows!!!!! What a waste of thousand of dollars. The customer service and knowledge are lacking here. Sadly after many weeks we are still without our blinds installed (and they sit in my office right now) and we still do not have our garage door openers installed. They also sit in my garage. Home Depot is right next door, take your business there instead. UPDATE Have had our garage door opener rescheduled two times now. Still not installed UPDATE Garage door openers are installed and fine. Blinds are installed but damaged. Was supposed to receive a call back yesterday. Of course that never happened. Also my info got mixed with another customer!!!!!!

Went to pick up compressor that was advertised spent an hour with ok need service rep real nice guy but the older guy in tools didn't give 2 cents about wanting to help someone even when other service rep asked him for info his exact quote was " it's over there somewhere " and just pointed . Well after an hour come to find out they did not have it so the good service rep help find same one just different brand come to find out it was $80 more so he called store manager see about matching the price that even there hand held device had on it the only thing manger said was could not take anything off even after the service rep explained everything to the manger and told him how long we been looking for what they advertise. , So I use to be Lowe's only person and believe me I spend a lot of money there since I do build now I will be looking into home Depot. This was Lowe's on pleasent valley

Excellent equipment they have for sale. I'm not sure if they rent equipment. We had a roof put on and two doors installed. Two days and a quality job. Lowe's, an awesome store and more !!!
