We have been loyal Lowe's customers for years and spent several thousands of dollars there. We recently purchased kitchen cabinets and the quality was unacceptable and we were short a cabinet because they didn't figure it properly. They have ordered replacement parts, however they are not being shipped for 3 weeks and we had to pay for their mistake. We do not recommend them to anyone and we will go to Home Depot from now on.

Order Online/Pickup in store works ok here, but 9/10 times the quick pickup is closed and you have to visit Customer Service to pickup your purchase. Takes longer, but they've always had my order.

Customer service is terrible! I have been remodeling my home. I have been using the QSP program which is a disaster from the get go as a ton of items are not in stock and they don’t want to transfer items from other lows as it cost them. What’s even more annoying is I go In tonight to check on my appliance delivery which thank god I did and it’s set for PICK UP not delivery. I was told to come back tomorrow to have it fixed. Ummm does no one else know how to fix an issue. And last but not least Lowe’s had a type of flooring that was on sale for .33 a sq foot. This runs through October 10th. Came in to buy it and it had gone back up to over 1.40 sq foot. Spoke to the manager of the store and was told they wouldn’t honor the price. Let’s just say once I am done with my main two floors being remodeled we will NOT be using Lowe’s for our basement needs and will do business with HOME DEPOT!

Love the Woodstock store. There friendly service is always appreciated. Unfortunately they didn't have the HVAC filter size I needed 14 × 30 x 1
