Very unorganized!! Lost my payment and had no invoice for my prepaid items. Way understaffed apparently. Took over an hour to simple pick up 3 prepaid cabinets! The only saving grace was George in cabinets!! He is awesome and works WAY harder than he should have to.

Bad Fencing project that this Lowe’s has failed to follow up on despite going into store talking to Manager and sending pictures to Bill Spence who estimated the project. Project Manager failed to answer calls and inbox is full, he return one call and was dishonest. Bill failed to answer calls, return calls or emails. For this fencing project, it has failed to meet the high Lowe’s quality and standard. We basically got 2/3 of the quality we paid for. Blocked city side walks, Tied into neighbors fences Failed to nail boards Left trash and a mess I’ve used this Lowe’s for projects in the past (bathrooms) and received high quality as expected of Lowe’s. Always had a good experience with this Lowe’s and Lowe’s in general. Not sure how they missed the mark. But definitely disappoint and expected better from Big Blue!

Lowe's is my go-to store for pretty much everything I need to do my weekend home tasks. However, to find a store associate is pretty scarce as hens' teeth. When it comes to getting help to locate a specialized item, I found that it is easier to locate the item myself.

If you need assistance, for the most part, Lowe's members are there to help you until you have accomplished what you came there to do. However, if you are looking for an "available" staff member...good luck with that! The same goes with Home Depot, whom in the end, I was referred to go to when Lowe's staff & their seemingly abundant supplies couldn't help me get the job done. After 20 years of customer loyalty, I basically felt like "I" was in the way.

Good luck finding anything in this place that you need including an associate to help you. I had to walk all the way across the store just to find one thing and back straight across the store to find something that should have been right beside it. It's hotter than Hades in here, so if you have issues regulating temperature, don't come to this place. I almost passed out within 5 minutes of walking in the store. Do yourself a favor and go to Home Depot right down the street... You might actually get some help or at least find what you're looking for.
