Assistance was top notch, gentleman in plumbing section helped us with just what we needed to buy a new toilet instead of replacing just the reservoir due to it being broke. Found prices online, compared colors, assisted with a low pressure issue and helped with a drain issue and went to get a cart for us too. Very nice!

Go to Lowe's instead, its right across the street and has better customer service. I came in with a simple question and was met with a very condescending, belittling attitude from the employee I asked. He was very unapproachable and told me that he wouldn't physically walk with me to show me where an item was because i wasn't being descriptive enough for him.

This is the FIRST time I've been to ANY Home Depot and received outstanding customer service. Initially, when Michelle (Liz) approached me and asked if I needed assistance, I was shocked because it's a first for me at HD. Normally, I'd have to meander through several aisles just to find a salesperson, and then wait until he or she was available to help me. Liz not only patiently answered my questions about nail guns, but even researched the answer about an obscure product (16 penny nail). And she didn't stop there...after recommendations for gate hardware, wheels, and even tool rentals, she cheerfully asked me how else she could help me complete my project in the most practical way to fit my budget!?! Michelle, aka Liz Keier, is the go-to salesperson in the hardware department! It's refreshing to experience such a high level of customer service and commitment. I'll return to HD for my next project.

Hard to find help. Place looks great and it's not busy but I waisted 20 mins there. People were more interested in their conversations than helping and guiding customers. I was ready to drop 500 on my husband there.
