Azar was very helpful with the van rental. He took the time to walk out to the parking lot to show the vans that he had available, which I'm sure he did not have to do. When I returned the van he carefully reviewed all of the taxes and charges with me. I've rented vans from various other locations, and the employees usually don't offer this type of awesome customer service.

Well, I did not want to leave a bad review, but I was waiting for too long for the to fix this. I purchased a front door from them for $520 more than 2 months ago, then returned it. They picked it up and never refunded me. I had to call them million times - both local store and main office. Talked to various managers, who was never aware of any previous conversations. I had to explain all over the same things many-many times. First they could not find the door was returned. Then they found it. Then lost again. Then found it at another store. Promised to issue refund immediately 3 times - never did. The last time I decided to go to the store to talk to the manager Loretta myself. She never came, never introduced herself, never apologized. She send an employee to inform me I would be refunded next day 100%. That was 4 days ago. No refund so far. I don't like to leave bad reviews, but this was too much of my time and nerves.

Home Depot is a great one stop shop sort of place, for hardware, gardening, tools, plumbing, you name it, especially if you know what you want and don't need a lot of assistance. It's not the place to show up and expect a lot of expert help or if you want a big selection.

I had a great experience this afternoon at this Home Depot. One of my door handles broke at home so I came to get a replacement. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helped me get the locks keyed alike to my existing set. The parking lot can really get busy, so be careful and watch for pedestrians. They share their parking lot with several other businesses, many of which are food options, so be sure to think about picking up dinner while you're already parked there.
