Although Home Depot has become our automatic go-to for home supplies I find myself consistently underwhelmed by the quality of service received by the Home Depot Leesburg team. For the 3rd time now, I have attempted to use Home Depot for our home remodel needs and were budgeted to spend more than $3,000. It took well over 30 days to schedule a flooring & window measurement after I paid for the service. Once completed, it took almost 60 days for the store to build our order. And, not surprising by this point, when the contractor showed up to install the window treatments he found that they were all cut wrong. The contractor quickly acknowledged that “they do this all the time.” Consequently, we were forced to cancel the entire order and will now go to Lowes. Very frustrating. I know it’s my fault for giving them another chance after two similar experiences previously. Non the less, still very frustrating and extremely time consuming. Until the management and their teams are held accountable for quality I strongly advise against using professional services at this store.

Good selection/layout. Its location is not the best, but that has more to do with its vicinity to the outlets and the traffic coming from that.

Ok not as well lit as Lowes you can probably find what you need as long as you are willing to ask

The Leesburg Home Depot is so hit and miss. Sometimes you find great people who are helpful. Other times its like pulling teeth to find someone to help you. Also they always seem to have inventory problems the computer will say they have something but they don't.

Does anyone in their designated department actually know what they are talking about? Do they know what the items in their department are for and how they function? From my experience there, no, not really. I will Google prior to returning.
