Is there really only one person in the store allowed to use a ladder? Seriously? At least the staff are friendly. I went to this store on a Sunday afternoon. It was busy, I'll grant them that. I just needed a tool from the upper shelves, but it's not all that surprising it took several minutes to find an associate who wasn't busy. Then, she told me the person who had to get it is the same person who was making keys and had a 15 minute line. Seriously? The ladder was right there. I could have gotten it myself if I thought I'd be allowed to. On the positive side, the woman working in tools, Dena (I think that was her name), was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to find me when she realized I was eligible for a free tool promotion. In fact, if it weren't for her, this would be a one star review. The staff here are incredibly helpful and friendly, but if there's only one person in the entire store allowed to get a tool from the top shelf, the managers are doing something very wrong.

Contrary to some of the popular news out there about employee attitudes being down this Home Depot employees were most cheerful I did not come across one ill-tempered employee while all five of the employees I interacted with were most helpful and generally having a great attitude.

Great place. Just don't buy anything that needs delivery. Other then that, they are great!

Excellent customer service, friendly staff. Suggestion for corporate: maybe offer a membership card that accumulates points than just first time/one-time card benefit. May build loyalty among middle-upper income home owners as one customer population.
