Love Lowe's! They always have what I need. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I like that they have a record of my past purchases, as it helps me when I forget.

Great inventory, clean store. I noticed how some items were located in random areas compared to other stores. It was very difficult to find a salesperson anywhere walking around the store. Had to walk around for 15 minutes just to find one person who was with a customer- and the store was dead. One lady working there saw us waiting for a few minutes while she was texting and chewing gum and when the manager asked if she could help us she quickly decided she “had” to go on break at that moment. Work on customer service!

Cool place. Ordered dishwasher online. Took a while to get order finally processed. It Was The wrong Color ordered. Came as stainless steel ordered black. Matched nothing in the kitchen. So disappointed.

Pretty nice design teams. I've used them for flooring, a bathroom remodel, and a fence over the years and they have been great throughout

Nice selection of merchandise. A minimum of 70% of the time the staff is unfamiliar with their own selection of merchandise, including management. They either contradict information on their own website for selection or specs, and state that equipment is not in stock or carried that I find on my own if I look hard enough. Do your homework before visiting.
