They always do an excellent job. And other people I’ve sent to them have given good feedback as well. Keep up the good work!

The service was exceptional! Tara brought all samples to me, so we would not have to travel. We found her to be very knowledgeable on various types of flooring and even suggested we purchase a flooring that was slightly less than what we originally picked because of our dogs. She was very frank about our expectations on the flooring. The crew was wonderful to work with, they arrived on time, got straight to work, they even vacuumed our new floors. We only did one room with them this time but we will definitely be doing more business with them and telling our friends.

Was very impressed the attention to detail this crew had for rental property. We rented a place very last minute and it desperately needed new flooring, within two days they were able to replace all the flooring in the place we were trying to move into. They even helped us carry our furniture upstairs. Very nice crew, professional and very polite. When we buy a house we'll be going to BB Family Floors.
