Did not even get the chance to work with them. Hours on Saturday say 9-1... sat there until 9:15am and nobody showed. Looks like they have bad reviews anyway, so I won’t be going back.

I've used D&D flooring for carpeting and hardwood floors in a house that my builder husband was constructing and also in my single-family home. We have had nothing but good experiences with their work and they are very tidy, cleaning up after themselves. They are a small shop in the scheme of things, so you may not get a return phone call the same day. Once scheduled, however, they execute on time. I just had a friend ask me who installed my hardwood floors, she liked them so much.

We called D&D and Mike came out to the house to measure for linoleum replacement in our small hall bathroom. The next day we met with Mike who passed us to a young woman who showed us the selections. We chose one that was on sale and they said they would prepare an estimate. The women called us and said the estimate was just over $845.00! to include hiring a plumber to reinstall the commode after the floor was completed. A few days later Mike and his partner came back to the house to have us sign the estimate. We mentioned that we thought the cost was higher than we imagined but reluctantly went with it. What a mistake! The following week, 3 men showed up and worked on the floor. My wife was very upset that they urinated in our yard while pulling tools from their truck. One of them kept a wad of tobacco in his mouth and kept spitting into a bottle. About 3 hours later they left and a handyman came and installed the commode--he was not a plumber but all work was ok. Never again--We do not recommend D&D for superior service.

Very limited skill set and poor performance from incompetent and inadequate laborers who you never meet until after you sign an expensive and exorbitant contract with management who will assure you that they are superior in their field. You can't understand what the workers are always saying to each other and their biased and bigoted comments are retaliatory toward the customer when you inquire about the work they perform. I strongly suggest that you Do NOT sign any agreements or hire workers from this organization. They are overpriced and not professional or proficient. "let the buyer beware."
