We flooded like a lot of other people. We went to Handy Andy and Kurt assisted us and was an easy to deal with salesman who did not pressure us and kept our budget in line. We picked water proof flooring called Coretec and replaced all of our old soggy wood. It actually looked better than our old wood floor. The floor looks and feels like real wood. We bought 825 square feet of it and it only cost us $4,125.00 installed. Our budget was $5000.00. It took 3 days for the floor to come in and they put it in in 2 days. We are very happy and have recommended our neighbors to Handy Andy and Kurt. Thanks

Well first off, I AM a real customer...actually 3 times and have referred 3 other families as well. Lesson we learned on the third time using Handy Andy is...read the fine print! Oh, there is none! Andy makes the rules up as he sees fit or maybe whatever benefits his business. Our first and second time using Handy Andy were fine and work was done well. 2 different gentlemen came out to measure for flooring(first carpet upstairs, then wood downstairs)Both times measurements were right on with very little product left( half a box of wood and some carpet remnants we used in front of doorways)We decided to add some more wood flooring to the stairs and hallway upstairs. This time Andy(YES, the owner)came out to measure. We also discussed that we had some squeaks at the top of the stairs we would like to have fixed while the floors were being installed. Andy told my husband and myself to take it up with the gentleman that came to do the installation. Fine, Great! They showed up, did the work, found some uneven flooring at the top of the stairs which one of the gentleman proceeded to sand down to get the floor level. The job was almost complete and we get a call from the store....NO, not Andy, but one of his employees explaining that Andy asked him to call for the remaining balance...(we paid Cash!...upfront)FOR??? we ask! Sanding the landing and drilling 4 screws that WE bought which is exactly what Andy told us to do...oh, to the tune of $250! We refused to pay because we had already made an arrangement with the gentleman that did the work PER Andy! I asked for white risers on the stairs....they were unprimed pieces of off-white wood(which I primed and painted, not sure what we paid for)and we had over a box extra of flooring. Roughly $100. My husband went to the store to return the unopened, unused box of materials that we have NO use for especially since we already have extra from the previous installation. Andy was rude and said we didn't pay the $250 for the extra work and he never takes back only 1 box of materials....news to us and since you are the owner shouldn't you be measuring correctly? Well the joke is on you Andy as I was telling this story to one of my girlfriends at lunch recently(one of the referrals I gave Handy Andy Flooring) and she said well that's too bad because we were going to do wood upstairs as well, I guess we will use somebody else...as we will too! Thanks for appreciating repeat customers and many referrals!

I would give fewer stars if I could. Did a horrible job binding my carpet, gave it back to me crooked and messed up. When we complained they said it wasn't their fault and was rude and disrespectful. Do not trust this company, their horrible customer service, or complete contempt for their customers. Will be reporting them to the BBB. Update: Business gave me two options to resolve the issue, both of which were not acceptable and threatened me with a lawsuit for the bad review. First option they said they would refund the money but keep our carpet. That is like taking your car to the mechanic, having them screw up on a repair, and then telling you for a refund to happen they get to keep your car. WRONG! The carpet they screwed up was ours to begin with and our property. Second option they gave us was to fix it, but said we would have to drive to and work with a third party to correct the mistake. WRONG! I have never been treated this badly by a business ever. Decided to take the ruined carpet back and dispute the charge with my credit card company. Final Update: Credit card company sided with me and gave me a full refund.

Definitely not a service oriented business. Terrible manners, no courtesy. I'd rather spend a few bucks elsewhere and be happy with the service. It's as if they are doing you a favor.

Largest selection of carpet by far. I bought carpet and had it put in the next day. I am extremely pleased.
