Awesome store. I don't think I've ever walked out empty handed. They cover all my home project needs and more. Customer service is good but you might need to go in search of someone to assist.

Very pleased with the attention and follow-up from on duty Merchandising Manager, Tony. He looked into a concern I had with a product return that I did not think was right. He called me back later to say he was going to correct the credit. Love Home Depot and will continue to buy all my home remodeling needs there.

I was very disappointed with my recent experience at this particular Home Depot. Although the staff was friendly for the most part, they definitely lacked knowledge about their products and had no regard for my time. A shopping trip that should have taken 15- 20 minutes turned into an hour and a half long ordeal, not including my trip to return some items that were incorrect. Did I mention that most of my order had been placed online ahead of time? When I picked it up, my order was incorrect and missing some items. I was not notified that some of my items were not even in stock. I am a frequent customer of other Home Depot stores and have never had such a frustrating experience at any other location. By the end of both trips I had spoken with at least 10 DIFFERENT employees, including the manager. I still do not have what I need, even though my order was confirmed as full prior to my trip. I will not be returning to this location.

Nice people and lots of them....some times. Pamphlet or hand held map of products and location, rather than constantly looking up to read would be nice

I admit that I love to wander the aisles and find new and interesting things. Is there a psychological term for this? The place is a great place if you are a DIY kinda gal or guy.
