I had a leak in my house. Carpet One Floor & Home's representative Ian came to the house and measured the floors and endured my cat's attach with fearlessness and dignity. He took the time to explain the process and offered to bring the samples of the flooring of my choice. He was clear, compassionate as he understood this was very stressful time for me. I am writing to thank him, his company, and especially two professionals he sent to install my floors. They were amazing!!!! Not only did they do a fantastic job...they also cleaned after themselves and helped me with moving the furniture and area rugs!! I am utmost grateful!!! I sincerely appreciate efficiency and gracious customer service, the level of detail and accountability as a whole. I definitely will recommend your company to anyone I know or come across with. Thanks again.

We found Decor Carpet One through a friend and I'm so thankful that we did. From the first day that we met Ian it has been a pleasure. We couldn't be more pleased with our decision. If you're looking for flooring you need to go talk to Decor Carpet One.

Great stuff and experienced technicians! Sales representative spent huge amount of time to go over the plan and material for the best outcome. Installment was hussle free and they were super good at following up and checking the progress with us. Exceptional customer service and easy to work with!

I spent a month going to various stores that sell engineered hardwood flooring. Then went to the home show in Seattle looking for the perfect engineered hardwood floor. After visiting stores from Auburn through Kent Seattle and North I came back to the very first place I visited Decor Carpet One. Extremely friendly professional staff great selection very knowledgeable and very competitive pricing. After thoroughly shopping around I can confidently say that Decor Carpet One is one of the best places to go in the Seattle area.

Greg from Decor Carpet One contacted us immediately and was able to come out to our house to show us samples. He kept in contact with us the whole time and from start to finish the process was quick, efficient, and affordable!
