I am not a friend and I am not an employee . I am a true customer with a true review. Unbelievable !!! They should change their name to F minus. I had a scheduled appointment and they were a no call and no show. I called their office and the lady that answered the phone said they were running behind. She said they were not far from my house. 3 hours later , I called and she said “well, the scheduler booked them on a job that was too big and they wouldn’t be making it to your house today”. No sorry, no how can we fix this. I asked if there was anyway they could come before the 27th because I have a realtor that was going to place my house up for sale. She and I agreed on a date and a time. This time I made it for 9am and not 2 pm. She said she called the owner and assured me they would show. Well, this morning is that day and it is 9:26 am and again they are a NO CALL and a NO SHOW!!! She knew how important this job was and they showed no concern and no saving grace. If you have an important situation coming up ... be warned. I could have called someone else but did not because I afforded my trust to them and now I am stuck in a bad situation! A1 please ... you mean F minus!!! You suck as a company and a people !!! 24 hour service is not true ... especially when they say it is too late to come over to do the job and the firsts at they were supposed to do the job !!!! Update: it is now 11:15 AM and their answering service had to try to track someone down that would answer the phone ( as an emergency)and after several calls and holding... now they’re trying to find their tech and they’re going to call me ... do you think they’re really going to call or show up ??? Keep that in mind when you need something important done.
