I never had a chance last year to rate you guys, I just recommended you to extended family. Our experience was amazing! 3 stories up, me telling you flat out to go place seams for easier lifting, and you wanting us to have the best looking counters saying no, and lifting the weight. I want to think we were special, but something tells me you are extremely great with every Customer. Thank you so much again!

The brick tile I ordered for my hearth pad was very high quality, reasonably priced, and delivered on time. The staff was very professional and helpful. My issue with them is the time it takes to get work done. I paid the deposit and was on the schedule to have a custom shower installed on March 9th. The week before I was told one of their workers was injured and the install would be delayed a week and a half. On 21 March Brad (shower installer) shows up and begins work. He works for three days and tells me he will try to finish the next week but has vacation scheduled for the week after. He doesn't finish and goes on vacation. It is now 16 April and work on the shower will not resume until 23 April. I want to be clear, I have no other issues with the staff other than timeliness. What I think happened is my shower was leap frogged due to the injury and now I'm being fit in when they can to get me caught up. Not sure if they have bigger contracts they don't want to lose or what, but I feel like I'm getting second class service. I now have a PCSing military family living in the apartment and have had to accelerate work on the other bathroom so they can have a shower. They will also be inconvenienced when/if the work starts back up next week. I have also purchased counter tops which will be installed in June, hopefully wont be a repeat of this. Will post updates.

Absolutely great experience! Jeremy and Suzette have an amazing team with top notch skills. We love the work they did for us in installing tile and granite. They took so much time with us and had wonderful ideas. I highly recommend this company!
