I don't normally leave feedback for hardware stores, but Marcus at the Mill Creek Lowes earned this one. I went in there looking for obscure parts for a project, magnets, and the right double sided adhesive. I couldn't really find what I was looking for. I told Marcus my budget (under $3) and Marcus walked me around the store and helped me find everything. He even found me a great $3 deal on plumbers strap that I could use. So inventive! The customer service at THIS store is spectacular and you've converted me back over from Home Depot. Thanks Marcus!

This place is always understaffed and the staff doesn't know the layout of their own store. I tried ordering online to pick up to make things easier. Waited in like for 20minutes then was told to go to another line to wait. I wait where I was told. Then learn that the line wasn't there and had been forming while I waited. I'm there 35 min at this point. Impossible to be in and out of this store. If they had a negitive star I would give the store that. Home Depot right down the road is better service and better stocked.

Consistently out of stock on enough items that I usually can't get everything I need to complete a project. I usually find myself traveling the extra 4 miles to home depot, wondering why I didn't just go there I the first place. The employees at this Lowes are definitely nice and always helpful. However they usually seen understaffed, and I often wait a wedgie fur the help I need.

Terrible on so many levels! I purchased blinds plus paid for installation. Took a few days to get installer to my house. Installation was very quick, only to find out they used brackets from my old blinds. Since their installer didn’t use all the materials the brackets are now a different color, since I didn’t receive my full purchase, I now can’t sell my old blinds because they reused the old brackets & worst of all each blind is off (along the side of blinds they are jagged oppose to even). Took me FOREVER to reach a manager & they wanted me to let their unethical installer come back to my house!!! These guys have REALLY gone downhill! Don’t trust them for anything!! The whole team is inprofessional & lacking integrity.
