Was able to find someone to help me with a diy project right away. He was very helpful with giving me the quickest way to get it done. Only issue I have is that the holiday decorations take over the entire section where the tools normally go so I had to go down pretty much very isle because they weren't listed the same as the rest of the store. Would be really nice to have one specific section dedicated to seasonal items so we aren't looking blindly for a small part for a kitchen sink every time a new holiday roles around. Otherwise, I was very happy with customer service experience and with the cashier. The other thing I appreciate is that the store is clean and the products are neatly set out. Easy to find what I needed once I was in the right place.

Tonight was pretty good. Dana at customer service was patient and helpful. Aaron, the lot attendant, loaded all of my super heavy returns, 50 pound bags of rock and lots of pavers and the like, onto a cart for me AND pushed it inside for me. Kent Home Depot is the BEST one around.

I ordered something online as a gift. While in transit it was determined that the gift was not needed. They refunded the entire order right there on the spot. No hassle! Great customer service!

Went to my local Home Depot in Kent today, parked in one of three Veterans parking spots and when I came out I found a America Flag on my windshield with a Thank You writing on it. How cool is that. Thank you Home Depot, YOU ROCK.
