I ordered a washing machine online which was supposed to be delivered Saturday. They were supposed to call Friday night or Saturday morning with a 2 hour delivery window. At 10am I called to find out my delivery window because I still haven’t heard anything. The delivery manger, Clarence, was rude, never took any info from me, said he would call when heard something and then hung up. I called back 4 hours later and he was rude and said he hadn’t heard from the driver yet and then hung up on me. I called back an hour later and he hung up on me again. I called back and talked to the assistant store manager, Rob, who was very professional and polite. He made sure my washing machine was delivered first thing Sunday morning and gave me a discount. I hope Clarence gets demoted and doesn’t continue to work with the public.

Good selection - considering it's all under one roof. They cover the basics pretty well. Staff is always friendly, but there are some pretty wide gaps in knowledge sets, both about services they offer and tools, techniques& tips.

I went in with my husband we did not get good service! Maybe we looked too young or looked like we didn’t know much. Wrong ! After a while We finally got a guy to come over after I pressed the help button... he comes over all tires looking with his work shirt in hand like he was just ready to gooo. We asked about a stove he looked it up sent someone to get it after that left us there we waited like 20min nothing finaly someone shows up saying they looking for someone to get the stove at that moment we left. Very disappointed... we will not be going back we found what we needed somewhere else with good service.

They had 4" annual bedding plants for 5 for $5, beautiful big red petunias for a buck apiece. Great deal but other colors were small.

Lowe's is my 1st choice for buying home improvement stuff. Only knock - the return desk can be slow. IDK how a single return can take over 10 minutes. I've never had a return take over 3, 4 minutes max. Annoying...
