We went in to ifloor not really knowing exactly what we wanted. The store was busy but that didn't stop the employees from greeting us and showing us around. They informed us on what they had and what the difference was in the different types of hardwood flooring. We were given the time and space to look around and decide on what we wanted. Austin was very helpful in answering our questions, giving us an estimate and setting up the time for the contractor to come out and measure the space. Once we received the full quote, Austin was very thorough and followed up with phone calls and emails to make sure we didn't have any questions or concerns. His customer service throughout this process was outstanding. It was one of the main reasons that we chose iFloor. Customer service goes a long way. iFloor and the contractor's, work ethic was great. They delivered the product, installed and completed the project as quoted. They both were very professional to work with. The remodel turned out amazing and my mom and I couldn't be more happier with the product and quality of the install. Thank you iFloor for your customer service!

Kudos to Samm Fisher for her informative and supportive help in our recent purchase at the Tukwila iFLOOR location. We ordered 45 boxes of the beautiful Acacia hardwood which we are installing ourselves. After several trips back to iFLOOR for advise and the return of several defective trim pieces from an outside vendor, Samm made all our problems right. She is a great representative and always made us feel we would love our new floors. AND WE DO!

IFloor in Tukwila really took great care of us. We went to the big box stores and couldn't even attract a salesperson who had time to talk to us, let alone answer questions. We happened to spot a contractor buying a lot of the product we were interested in and he was so kind to give us a professional opinion on the different choices. He also told us to check out IFloor's products and prices. They had just what we were looking for, and Sam and Sally were so patient with all of our questions. They were happy to give us samples to take home, which really helped us make a decision. Prices were the lowest we found, and quality amazing. The installers finished in a day and a half, and were very hard workers and detail oriented. We will be going back there anytime we need flooring again for sure.
