When I first I walked in I was not greeted nor acknowledge. But I can over hear a woman and guy talking. I didn't pay no mind thinking the lady is with a customer. Roaming around a good 20 minutes I had to find the tool that I called the previous day for in which they informed me that they had 14 units in house. When I actually was ready to check out the lady was still having a conversation with the guy but I noticed they was talking about debts and personal finances. To me the guy sounded like he trying to sell her life insurance or suggest loans of some sort because the guy said the woman's husband or boyfriend's name and asked her if he said it correctly. While they was talking I was inspecting the tool I was going to purchase, there were a couple of blemishes and it was the only one on display. Finally the lady asked me if I was ready to check out so I requested if there were any more of this type of tool left that I could choose from and that I called a day before and a woman said they had 14 in house. She explained that they don't accept returns and put on display and this one the one I had is fine. I'm thinking she didn't want to go to the back to find them. So I end up buying the tool because I needed it. all and all I just had a really bad experience and bad vibes on a beautiful sunny day. I will stick to the 1st ave one in Seattle where I had way better experience with my sales rep Anthony.

The staff helpful and great with DIY or they will install for you. Really up to date styles at resonable prices.

We bought 3000 sq/ft of 3/4"x6" nail down pre-finished oak. It was on sale(that's why we bought that one). Came in a timely manner, they held it a little till we could pick it up. A little while later we saw in their ad , even a better sale price. We went back and showed them, they price matched themselves. The manager had to do it but they didn't even cry about it. Good service from the sales man and the manager on the credit return for price match. Excellent floor at a excellent price. We even used zero percent interest from them,on top of all that. No problem returning the unused portion after the job was done. 5 STARS

I bought thousands of dollars on flooring here and installed it myself. I had a question about how to install the transition strips for the doorways and when the wood would change to carpet, because it didn't come with any directions, so I called the store to ask what to do and they said since I installed the floors on my own, they weren't going to help me in any way, because it's all or nothing. A couple days later I had a lumber liquidators guy come and measure for hardwood for the upstairs and I asked him if he could tell me a brief summary about installing the transition strip and he said no, because he didn't feel like it. Worst customer service ever. I spent thousands of dollars at your store, how hard is it to answer a simple question!

The customer service was okay. They seemed to be bored with their job. Paying and picking up products was easy and they worked with us to make sure we got what we needed.
