Usually have pretty good experiences here. They don't have everything but the people are 10 times more helpful than Home Depot and Dunn lumber combined. I have placed about 5000 different orders here over the last 20 years and only 2 small delivery mistakes so far. The positive thing over Dunn Lumber is they admit when they screw up and they fix it with out retaliating if you ask about it, and the prices are nearly half the price of Dunn Lumber. My experience with Dunn Lumber is that there own employees leave bad reviews about your construction companies if you write a letter complaining about multiple orders screwed up, then they blame the customer or contractor instead of firing the manager who is completely incompetent and not willing to admit when he makes a simple mistake. It's nice to see the management actually cares about following through with correct orders. I have placed thousands of orders from Home Depot and local lumber yards since the 1990's and pretty thankful for Lowes, which is the only lumber company with consistent normal customer service. Not great but at least good and normal and consistent good service with out all the drama and ups and downs of over priced Dunn Lumber. My last purchase from Lowes was 75% less than it would cost at Dunn Lumber too.
