I visited this location to pick up an item that wasn't available elsewhere in the region. It seemed to me the staff were more pleasant than many other locations I've been to; they get on well with one another, and put the customer at ease. A friendly team assembled to load my purchase, but it turned out their forklift operator was so expert, he managed it by himself--gently maneuvering a 400lbs pallet into the back of a minivan, under the lift gate, no less!

More convenient and less crowded than the Depot. They don't have as much though, but it's generally my first stop. Staff is real friendly and you can sometimes find better deals here. Decent lumber.

Excellent custom service in the kitchen cabinet department from Ed Dilag. We spent about 7 hours spread across three different days to create and refine our kitchen design. Ed was very knowledgeable about the products available and we're very happy with the final design and efficient use of space. We had a small problem with a cracked cabinet door, called Ed to handle it, and we had a replacement within a few days. In general, I really like the store for its larger size here in the Seattle area and the selection of products available.

All my flowers, plants and seeds I get here with my grandma. Good quality plants and decent prices. They also have clearance rack plants for like $1-$5 💜 it's quite lovely

I've been here off n on the last couple years. Pretty standard experiences in store, friendly staff. However, I've recently lowered my rating of this store due to a recent encounter with their delivery team. They all seem nice n all.... So we recently purchased a washer dryer combo, and yeah stairs, tight hall...I get it. Took them a bit to get the old one out and the new one In. After having to remove the sliding panel door of the laundry closet. After struggling to get the door back on...20 minutes or so, and some paper work. They turned it on to cycle the 1st wash and left. 20-30 minutes later passing by the hall we notice flooding. About the same time we hear a knock from the downstairs neighbors whom are currently remodeling their unit. We spent the next hour drying and slopping up water because they left the drain hose just laying on the ground. Days later it finally dried fully with a couple nice water rings in the carpet. A week later the door fell off, and here's the icing on the cake.. My cordless Ridged drill they used to remove and reinstall the door...has been gone since that night. All I got from that crew were incompetent thieves. This is just the start... Your gunna show up last call of the night after we waited all day. half ass install a customers unit, flood the house, break the door, steal my drill, and I never even heard back from anyone when I called that night. That's not even worth 1 star
