This store is just a joke! Shelves are always empty, lumber looks like rainbows and the staff...well that’s the best part! A bunch of gamers who have never nailed two 2x4 together in their life. Nobody is willing to help you ever, you can make 3 laps around the place looking for someone but usually they are all huddled together either talking about video games or how wasted they got he night before. The one guy with experience, in the lumber department, you ask him to rip a sheet of nice Birch ply for you and he cringes. “Are you sure?” My speed cut has a 35 tooth blade that’s older than his grandkids and never been sharpened...well, at least he’s honest. Asked why he doesn’t switch it, there’s a hundred of them 4 isles down? Says his manager won’t let him. Asked if I could buy the blade and give it to him...nope, he’s already tried to personally buy a blade. Place an order online and try to be efficient and have it ready for you...yeah, never. Most of the time they can’t find the order, it hasn’t been pulled or my absolute favorite, “it’s virtually impossible to get to”. Wow, well, I paid for it now what? They are just so damn lazy! The garden section though. The people that work in there is the only good part of the whole store. I’d cut the big box off and rename it The Home Garden Club. We wonder why Amazon has gained so much market share across so many disciplines? Because we used to go to stores like this for the personal touch...now...well, that isn’t here. Amazon you just won my full time home building and furnishing needs!

I just bought $4500 in flooring and I needed them to put the pallet in my truck. I had my pickup order in hand went where I needed to go. I ask the only guy that I saw that in the pick-up spot and my order was sitting there. I asked the man if he could help me wrap my order and to put it in my truck. He said he was busy with a project and I should find someone else to help to put it in the truck. Then he left and starting putting carts away like a lazy bum! He couldn't even get on his radio and ask if any was free! So fed up with the costumer service at any of the Depots!

I want to give a shout out to Christie in flooring. She helped me with some tiles purchases and was very patient, knowledgeable and just nice! But also, I love this Home Depot store. Everyone there is incredibly helpful and works very hard to help me when I'm there - which is a lot! Thanks to the management who work so hard to make the atmosphere of the store a helpful one.

First off I have been to this Home depot... ALOT. Usually my experiences are fine. But I recently (April 24th) placed an order for ~$4000 of decking material and this am currently (May 30th) Still waiting for half of my decking supplies! After placing the order I was told it would take 7-10 days to arrive and I would be contacted for delivery when it did, so I waited until day 10 before calling and asking the status. I was told the supplies had arrived on day 10. I was a little upset, but what can I do? I asked to schedule a delivery, and after having to wait until and then call back and finally get ahold of the ONE PERSON that can schedule a delivery I told her "any day any time as soon as possible" as I have a tenant that is basically always home. She told me the earliest she can do is a week from now which was ~May10. At this point I would have cut my losses and ordered from Lowes had I known this is only the beginning! She finally miraculously 'found' a open delivery spot two days later. I said great book it! The delivery guy comes and deliverers my pallet of 16' boards but NONE of the fasteners or end caps, also, 2 boards are broken. one completely in half. Also, the delivery guy drove the forklift into my chimney and ran over the boards in order to get himself unstuck. I have pictures of the whole Sh*tshow luckily nothing was damaged. But he sure left in a hurry! Luckily, I made him annotate the broken boards and missing fasteners and he did so reluctantly. That day I called and asked to have all the replacements sent and was assured they were... 5 days later, I call to check in... they were not! We have called almost everyday and have gotten sooooo much conflicting info, one day I call and they say " ya we have your fasteners!" the next day I go in to pick them up they say "no they still havnt been ordered" This has gone on too long! My backyard has been a construction zone for a month! I realize some of this has been the shippers fault, but home depot has promised to call me with updates constantly and I have NEVER received a call from them. They are so slow in the responses and not everyone can figure out how to look at when things are suppose to get here. I am so tired of "well I don't handle that you need to call back Thursday and talk to Susan". I just want my stuff I payed for a month and a half ago!

It's a good place to get materials but don't expect much help. They have very poor service. I'm standing here waiting for pipe to be cut. Going on 20 minutes as several people waiting for one person. Go here if you don't need help, if you need help go wherevere.
