Best customer service ever! Each staff were trained well to be knowledgeable on areas they are assigned on. Like I don't know anything much about plumbing but I didn't get any problem because this guy Mark spent time to explain things to me so that I only buy the things I need and with great value.

Just wanted to put a spotlight on a wonderful employee in there seasonal department, ( Linda ) who despite the bad experience I had earlier at another retailer down the way, she went over and beyond, and was helpful on trying to find me an item that was in the store, but was not still what I was looking for, but advise me to still look online and explained on how that works as well. Every retail need more employees like Her which would keep people coming back to give more business and a great shopping experience.

This 5 stars goes to Mark at Bonney Lake Lowes. His badge says he has been an associate since 2002. What outstanding customer service. He went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. Though the store doesnt carry the item not can it be ordered I had a wonderful visit because of him. Thank You Mark!!!

It would pay to have someone ensuring the plants were watered and correctly placed according to their sun requirements. I do love Lowe's though. There are so many projects I would love to tackle and they have absolutely everything I will need. Recommended for the weekend warriors who start home improvements and bravely ace projects, they only dreamed they would create...
